They love your beers.

And they'd happily give you
$120,000 more.

You just need to let them. I build the channel that makes it happen.
50 members guaranteed at launch.

They want to buy more of your beers.

They keep missing the chance.

You know them. They follow your releases, tag you on Instagram, order from your online store, line up at festivals. Your biggest fans, ready to buy.

They see a new post on the train home and think: I'll order tonight. Then dinner. Kids. Netflix. Tonight never comes.

No abandoned cart, because there was never a cart. Just a sale that quietly disappeared. Not to another brewery. To everything else competing for their attention.

It happens every month and it's the biggest leak in your online revenue: they want to buy more often than they actually do.

They'd happily put it on autopilot. A box arriving at their door, first access to limited releases, the brewery they love always in their fridge. No reminders. No decisions. No thinking.

That's called a Beer Club. And you already have everything it needs.

Three things make it work. Chances are, you already have all three.

You already have
an audience

A Beer Club doesn't ask you to find new customers. They're already there. If you can name 20 of them right now, you already have a Beer Club running in your head. You just haven't built the channel for it yet.

You already package
6+ beers a month

A Beer Club doesn't ask you to change the way you produce. You build a box at the start of each month with the beers you package: hazies, fruity sours, seasonal drops, limited releases, whatever is coming out of the brewery at that moment.

You already have
a Shopify store

A Beer Club doesn't ask you to rebuild anything. Your Shopify store is the foundation. What's missing is the layer that turns one-off purchases into recurring orders. Money in the account on the 1st, every month, paid in full, no invoice to chase.

Hi there 👋

I started my own brewery, Sparkle, three years ago with no brewing experience and just the kind of energy you only have when you're starting from scratch.

Two years running the brewpub, then we stepped into wholesale. Within months, I was experiencing something you probably know well: revenue that depends on trade buyers who order when it suits them and pay when it suits them, while your cold room and your bank account carry the weight in between.

So I leaned on my digital marketing and coding background and built a Beer Club for the brewery on Shopify. Custom-coded end to end. Day one, 18 people signed up. For a brewery with only 2,000 Instagram followers, that wasn't a huge number. But it was proof. Today we're at 38 members and climbing.

That's when it clicked. The real upside isn't for a brewery our size. It's for the ones who've spent years building an audience. The same system can take them to six figures.

That's what made me turn what I'd built for Sparkle into a separate project called RIWAKA: helping breweries turn the audience they've already built into recurring, direct revenue.

Thank you for taking the time to consider working with me.

Custom-built for your brewery.

Everything I build is shaped around your identity, never forced into a template. The Beer Club feels like part of the brewery, because it is. Here are four examples of how it could look. Yours would be its own.

4 weeks.
From kickoff to live.

A fixed timeline with weekly checkpoints. Your Beer Club built, installed, and live on your Shopify store by Week 4.
  1. Week 1

    Kickoff and design

A 60-minute kickoff with you to lock the essentials: how many beers go in the box, the price your customers will actually pay, the design direction you want to take, the email tool you’re already using, and everything else I need to get started. From there, you give me access to your Shopify store so I can start building the Beer Club’s visual identity.

  2. Week 2

    The system gets built

The custom-coded landing page is built and installed in your Shopify store as a Liquid section. Invisible to your customers, accessible only to me, so I can work freely. Recharge is installed and tuned to your monthly box and your price point. The customer portal is set up with full self-service: skip, pause, update, and cancel. You get a starter FAQ to adapt. Nothing goes live until every piece has your approval.

  3. Week 3

    Email and integrations

I set up the open/close waiting list and connect it to the email tool you already use, whether that’s Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, or something else. I build three flows inside it: welcome series, failed payment recovery, cancellation feedback. Shopify, Recharge, and your email tool all talk to each other.

  4. Week 4

    Handover and launch

A 90-minute handover call with you to walk through everything: sign-ups, the open/close window, day-to-day adjustments. Want to build anticipation first? I can run it as a waiting list for a few weeks. When you’re ready, the window opens on the 1st. You ship the first month. The Beer Club is live.

After launch, you get 30 days of post-launch support for anything that needs adjusting. After that, the whole system is yours. The code, the design, the email templates, the configuration. I can hand it over and step out. Or I can keep building it with you. Your call.

I don't need to be anywhere near your numbers...

to build what you hired me for.

Handing a stranger the keys to your Shopify store is the part nobody talks about. It's where your revenue and your customers live. A little hesitation isn't paranoia. It's good judgment.

You're probably wondering: Will he see my numbers? What happens while he's in there? What if he breaks something?

Fair questions. Let's start with the biggest: I don't need to see your Shopify financials to install the RIWAKA Beer Club system, so I don't ask for them. Here's exactly how it works:

↗ How you give me access to your store without exposing your data

↗ How I install the Riwaka system into your Shopify store without breaking it

What if you launched next month?

Run the math on your own numbers. Drag in your Instagram following and your email list to see the members you'd likely land at launch, and what they'd be worth over a year.

12-month licence, your rate locked for as long as you stay.

Start your Beer Club

Covered by both guarantees: live in 4 weeks, 50 members at launch.

  • A pre-launch waitlist page goes live first, connected to your email tool, so you can promote the launch while I build the rest.
  • A custom-coded Beer Club page with a built-in FAQ section, branded to match your store.
  • Your Beer Club product in Shopify, wired to Recharge for monthly billing.
  • A branded customer portal where members manage their own deliveries, pauses, and payment details.
  • A top bar and an exit-intent pop-up across your store. The bar switches with your open and closed dates. The pop-up adds leaving visitors to your waitlist.
  • Full testing and live launch, with your approval on every piece, to a waitlist that has been warming up for a month.
  • Support every month, answered within one business day.
  • Maintenance of the whole system. Shopify, Recharge and theme updates handled on my side, before they can break anything.
  • Each monthly opening watched from my side, so the Club opens and closes on the dates you set.
  • Every new feature I add to Riwaka, pushed to your store.
  • Onboarding sessions with your team for the first three months, until you run the Club on your own and know how to grow the member count.
  • A member testimonials section on your Beer Club page, added between month 3 and month 6, once your first members have something to say.
  • If the Club grows slower than planned, more of my time, not less, until the numbers move again.

Your risk.
Capped at zero.

The two guarantees behind the build, that no freelancer or agency will give you.

Live in 4 weeks.

Guaranteed. Miss the date and I keep working, at no charge, until your Beer Club is ready to launch.

Why it matters: every month without a Club is a month of revenue you never collect.

50 members at launch.

Fall short and the monthly rate doesn't start until you've got them.

Why it matters: below 50, nobody notices. At 50, your accountant does.

Your brewery's biggest lost sale never shows up in Shopify

It happens in your best customers' evenings.

The people with money for good beer are the people with the fullest calendars.

Jobs that follow them home. Kids with schedules more complicated than their own. A phone with forty apps asking for something. Friends they keep meaning to see. A gym membership they feel guilty about.

Multiply that by everyone on your list whose weeks look like theirs. That is your biggest online leak, and Shopify will never show it, because nothing visibly went wrong.

No abandoned cart, nobody said no, the sale still died.

↗ Your fans have no time. Your Beer Club is the answer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions brewers actually ask

Six honest answers to the things you're probably already wondering.
If yours isn't here, bring it to the call.
How many breweries have you built this for?
Sparkle, mine. That's the honest answer. I built the Beer Club for my own brewery because nobody was going to build it for me: 18 members on day one, under 2,000 followers, no advertising. It's at 38 today. If you're reading this now, you're early. So no, I can't show you five case studies for now. What I can show you is a system I bet my own brewery on, running every month. That's why the guarantees are written down, and why you pay nothing until your Club is live: early clients take a bet on me, so I take the risk off the table.
My audience is bigger than Sparkle's. Does the same system scale?
The system is identical. Sparkle proved the mechanics on just 2,000 Instagram followers. What your bigger audience changes isn't the floor, it's how far past it you climb. I build you the same channel I built for myself. The first 50 are mine to deliver. Everything above that is your audience doing the work I can't do for you.
Will it just cannibalise my existing sales?
Some one-off buyers move to the box. Good: now they pay on the 1st, not whenever they remember. But your biggest loss isn't the sale that moves, it's the sale that never happens. The fan who sees the release on the train, means to order tonight, and never does. Nothing failed, nobody said no, there was never even a cart. Ordering from a shop is work, and their week is already full. The Club cancels that test: one signup, then the beer just arrives. Those people weren't buying from you before. Now they pay every single month.

That's why I can promise 50 members in 30 days: the demand already exists. The Club just collects it.Learn more in this article: Your fans have no time. Your Beer Club is the answer. Worth two minutes.
Will members actually stay, or churn after two boxes?
Some leave. That's true of any recurring model. The ones who stay are a specific kind of customer, and once you know who they are, you design the Club for them instead of guessing. It's also why I tell every brewery to launch with a single tier: one clear offer, built for the people who actually sign up, not five options that confuse everyone.

Learn more in this article: The three people who actually sign up for your Beer Club. Give it a read.
What do I actually have to do during the four weeks?
Less than you'd think. A 60-minute kickoff, a 90-minute launch session at the end, and quick approvals along the way.The one thing on you: promoting the launch. I put a lead capture page live from day one, so you've got four weeks to point your audience at it while I build. That's what fills the waiting list before you open.I build, you brew. And it doesn't stop at launch: the €295 a month is me staying in the system, not walking away from it.
What happens to my Club if I stop paying?
Your members stay yours. They live in your Shopify store, their orders and payment details sit in Recharge under your account, and none of that is mine to take. What stops is the Riwaka system running on top: the landing page, the email flows, the pricing card, the configuration I maintain. Cancel at the end of a term and you get a full export of everything before it comes down. You keep the customers. You stop paying for the machine.
